Fight the Good Fight
Given it is Pride Month, and there is a terrible increase of attacks on LGBTQ rights, everyone needs to step up the allyship. Between the record amount of anti-LGBTQ bills passed (especially in places like Florida and beyond, see this map) and the conservative backlash against brands like Target and Bud Light, enough is enough. Be aware, support your friends & family, and for my colleagues in the travel world - please think twice about promoting certain states right now that are actively restricting healthcare access + the rights of women and the LGBTQ community - it is simply not safe for everyone. Consider donating to: The Trevor Project, Human Rights Campaign Foundation, ACLU, and/or call your local rep to voice concerns.
